The 25th edition of this classic, which accompanies our International Championship, was played today, Saturday, with the participation of 117 players from 20 nationalities. Vicent emerged as the champion.
In the rating brackets, the winners were FM Albert Castillo Dalmau in the 2100 to 2200 bracket, CM Francisco Nuñez Lucero in the 1950 to 2099 bracket, Badrinath S. in the 1800 to 1949 bracket, Badrinath S. in the 1800 to 1949 bracket, and Grigor Grigoryan in the under 1649 bracket.
The best female was Nivedita VC, as well as the best U18, and the best S65 went to Francesc Alcaraz. Finally, the best player from Club Escacs Sant Martí was the winner Norberto Moreno Pérez.
The tournament was won by MK Vicent Serrano Badova, accompanied on the podium by CM Javier Valdepeñas Octavio and by ACM Nivedita VC, who was the star of the morning, taking home almost all the prizes.
